Evolution of machinery with industry:
Machinery has evolved with the industries too. Like, in industry 1.0 there were some small tools and equipment were used. And, that tool can’t be used in manufacturing big and complex products. Then, it comes from the era of industry 2.0. In which big, bulky and heavy machines are being used. So, the industry can manufacture good quality products. And, that too in less time. Like, lathe machine that is being used in the early days of industry 2.0. But it was not sufficient to increase the production rate. It was still that slow. Then, industry stared using machinery like robots. This era is called industry 3.0.
It provides a boost that is required in the industry. Production rate has been increased. Quality of the product has been increased. And, fewer accidents took place after using a robot as machinery. But after using IoT in the industry it becomes a revolution. This is known as industry 4.0. In which the Industrial machinery [เครื่องจักร อุตสาหกรรม, which is the term in Thai] can take their own decision by themselves. There is no human interaction required. To do the job and machines will also be able to perform critical tasks.
In industry 4.0 machinery have become advance
Industrial machinery has become much more advance after industry 4.0 came. In industry 4.0 machines are connected via wi-fi or 4G network. So, that they can talk to other machines. And, they will be able to take critical decisions easily. Because of that less human interaction is required in the industry. So, it is for sure that fewer accidents will take place. Also, if there is less human effort is used then the company will save money too.
Everything is recorded without being lost
In industry 4.0 there is no need to do the work on paper. Just do it on the computer and then record it. Also, there will not be any loss in the data. So, anyone can look at the old records easily if it is necessary.
